This beautiful lake community is located in Camano Island, WA. There is a private lake stocked with fish, an Island for walking, a dog park easily accessible during the drier months, a Clubhouse with community events. We are also near State parks, about 15 miles from I-5, and shopping available close by. There is also a satellite site of the Stanwood Camano Food Bank located across from the Clubhouse. It is open W 2:30 - 4, and Sat 10 - 12.

Mission Statement:
The Mission of the Board Members of the Lost Lake Grove Homeowners Association is to preserve and enhance the property of our Lost Lake Grove community by maintaining the common ground areas and upholding our Covenants, By Laws, Deed Restrictions, and Policies. The Board will serve the Homeowners by taking a fair, ethical, and objective approach to representing the i nterests of all homeowners. The Lost Lake Grove will be maintained as a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live for each homeowner and their respective family. We will enforce the Association Bylaws, Covenants and Restrictions while providing ethical, equitable, and fiscally responsible solutions to p romote a sense of community, to enhance our property values, and plan for the future.
For those looking to move to Lost Lake, a few things to keep in mind:
- No chickens, goats, mini horses, etc. permitted.
- No tiny houses permitted. All building must be presented to the office for Board approval.
- No short-term rentals (including Air BnB, VRBO, etc.) are permitted. Rental period of one-year minimum.
- If you are renting out your home, you must let the office know the tenant's information within 30 days. We want to keep them in the loop as well.
- No trees can be removed without a tree permit submitted to the office and approved by the Architectural Trustee.
